Réforme de la défense du PSG : l’œil d’Hervé Morin

Nouveau spécialiste de la défense, le ministre Hervé Morin, pourtant plutôt milieu centre de formation, a accepté de répondre aux questions de Paris Sonne le Glas. Refonte des rapports colonies – capitale, restructuration du domaine aérien, replacements stratégiques et réduction des effectifs, aucune question n’a été éludée.
Je pense qu’il était temps de s’adapter aux nouvelles menaces. Les grands conflits européens sont derrière nous. Les menaces pour le PSG viennent de l’intérieur, du terroir, de la ligue 2. Le PSG a su éviter le pire la saison dernière, mais le rôle d’un président c’est d’anticiper l’avenir, et tout indique un renforcement de cette menace intérieure pour les années à venir. La nomination d’un vrai militaire de carrière pour mener cette réforme est un signal fort, il y en aura d’autres.
A quelles grandes mesures peut-on s’attendre ?
La première est déjà amorcée, il s’agit de la réduction des effectifs. Des joueurs comme Yepès ont un jeu au sol qui appartient au passé. L’avenir est dans la force de frappe aérienne d’un Traoré. Pareil pour les unités ultra mobiles comme Mendy, c’est fini, trop lourd à gérer, trop coûteux. L’effet de surprise du placement d’un Céara est un atout essentiel pour toujours surprendre l’adversaire.
Pour la suite il faudra s’attendre à plus de concentration, en particulier pour les unités du type Armand, de meilleurs équipements, plus modernes, plus souples et plus mobiles encore que les algécos existants.
